In ancient Egypt the Ankh symbol, sometimes referred to the key of life, is a representation of eternal life. A life that continues after our journey here on earth, as our souls leave our bodies. I strongly believe some of us will experience "Eternal Love" within the "Eternal Life". This painting represents my symbol of soul mates/"Eternal Love". The various symbols on the Ankh, represents unity, fear of no one but God, abundance, etc. The elongated bodies (including the necks) symbolizes how the couple continues to learn how to adapt to each other and the surrounding life changes they go through, in order to remain together in this life and thereafter.
